Eating right foods are important in Youth Sports:

Mr. Boel began cooking by the age 8, He first starting making pancakes the size of flying sauces. On Friday nights, he made huge layered sandwiches with my sister, then onto frying chicken and making spaghetti. Boel started in the foodservice industry in 1987as a Pot Washer @ Houlihans restaurant in Midtown. In 1989, he worked as a prep-cook @ Fordham University and by 1991, he worked professionally in the industry. In 1997, he entered the C.I.A ( Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park, NY).Mr. Boel completed a six month externship in Atlanta ,GA@ the Federal Reserve Bank for corporate dining and catering.
His first job out of Culinary school started at working at Josh Wesson a famous Sommelier in New York with a new concept of wines under $10. Afterwards, Boel worked at various corporate and private foodservice organizations.
In 2008 -2012 , he helped opened Ze-Cafe restaurant under Roberto Bellissimo, in Indigo hotel. Currently, He working for Red Rabbit in Harlem a Black -owned school food management.
