We skipped Week 6 and 7 while we work on our final project. But we wanted to share a some highlights of the last day of Camp. August 18, 2012.
Half of the kids were missing because its vacation time, but those that did come out were recognized and fed lovely by food from the parents.

We were fortunate enough to have some very influential and positive role models for our community speak to our kids. From NYC Mission Society – Operation S.N.U.G . So many of our children are victims of gun violence. In this mentoring session our kids learned some very important street smarts. What is legal and what is not legal. It was a very serious discussion that had the attention of everyone. Thank you S.N.U.G
